Booking Conditions.

In arranging your accommodation, we are acting as your authorized agents and payment remains your responsibility. Although we agree to make it on your behalf.

You must let us know if you suffer from any important or relevant medical condition, or are on any medication.

Your deposit will only be returned if your choices are fully booked, or we have to cancel the week. Four weeks before the start date.

The balance, which is non refundable, is due four weeks before the start of your course / holiday. If it is not received by then your booking may be canceled.

We recommend that you take out travel and mountain insurance to cover yourself during your holiday / course.

Alba Mountaineering cannot accept responsibility for any loss or injury incurred. Walking, mountaineering and climbing is a risk activity.

Ratios quoted are maximum group sizes; minimum group size is normally two.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint whilst on holiday, this should be brought to our attention within 24 hours.

Acceptance of the above conditions is implied when a booking is made and this constitutes the termination of our liabilities.

On all courses and holidays the Group Leader or Guide's decisions are final and must be adhered to by all clients
